I've added Dewey B. Larson's astronomical work The Universe of Motion because he makes great use of Arp's work to explain galactic evolution. This is very important theoretical confirmation of Arp's observations. Therefore I would appreciate not having this edit undone.

Sir, I have firsthand knowledge of CPU. Obviously, you do not. My additions to the article are factual, objective, and correct. The article, as it stood prior to my emendations, is inaccurate and misleading. Again, who are you to correct me? Are you a graduate of a government university? What is your real beef against CPU? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Transpower (talkcontribs) 19:20, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits are not wp:verifiable. Your assertions as to what your background experience and knowledge is is not verifiable and is irrelevant to what goes into Wikipedia. I am a Wikipedian that is interested in the accuracy of the article and my goal is to make the article as great of an article as possible while still following Wikipedia policies and guidelines. I must correct you simply because your edits have exhibited a complete disregard for Wikipedia policies. You must be corrected simply because you are wrong. In short, you appear to be a disruptive editor that is bent on forcing your very biased opinion into the article by using wp:edit warring and wp:Tendentious editing practices. Blocked

[edit]
Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames which give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; please take a moment to create a new account with a username that represents only yourself as an individual and which complies with our username policy or request a change of username.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.

If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page.

You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text

{{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

at the bottom of your talk page. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names.

 Thank you. —Cryptic 22:14, 9 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dewey B. Larson moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Dewey B. Larson, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
